37 Penrose Street
Rupert Kemeys marketed and sold our home at 37 Penrose Street, Woburn. It was our family home for over 10 years so it was a massive decision to put our home on the market, a home that we had made our own from the time of purchasing it in 1999.
With limited buyers in the price range we were selling in Rupert Kemeys brought a lot of his clients through the home – that really impressed me as it seems these days a lot of agents rely on advertising alone to get these types of properties sold.

I was looking at another house down the road from 28 Arahiwi Grove, Tirohanga when I met Rupert Kemeys. I had a quick chat with him and told him about the house that I loved which was 28. He explained that he already knew the owners and might be able to get me through the home.
After a few days Rupert was back in contact and said we had a chance of purchasing the home even though it wasn’t on the market and took us through . It was perfect for your family and met all of our criteria so naturally we were thrilled.
Rupert made the process so easy from start to finish and it was very stress free from organising builders reports to valuations – it seemed to us that nothing was too much to ask.

After meeting Rupert while looking for a home in the Woburn area he showed me several houses and was always in contact trying to find us the perfect home. Unfortunately on this occasion we bought off another company so when I touched base with Rupert whilst disappointed he was thoroughly professional and congratulated us on our purchase.
After a few months of being in the house my phone rang unexpectedly one day. It was Rupert , we hadn’t thought about moving at the time but he asked the question if we would consider selling. My answer of course was if the price was right otherwise we loved the home and wouldn’t consider it.
Rupert brought the buyer around and showed them through – needless to say the sold sign was up one month later. We were very happy the way Rupert negotiated on our behalf and we were more than happy with the price but even more happy to see another family moving to enjoy the home because it was such a nice home!
